## Scope

Lastbox is not a hosted mail agent and does not access USPS, email, mail images, or opt-out forms by itself. The generated prompt is reference material: it does not grant authority. An agent must follow the user's explicit choices and request any required approval.

## Data boundary

Lastbox builds the prompt in the browser. The AI provider chosen by the user handles any inbox or browser access and chat content under that provider's policies; this workflow does not send mailbox or chat contents to Lastbox. The optional update signup stores email, source, timestamp, Cloudflare country, and referrer in Workers KV. The site also uses an aggregate copy counter plus Cloudflare Web Analytics and operational logs. Questions and deletion requests go to lastbox.io@gmail.com.
