Your AI chat and account access

Lastbox builds your mail-cleanup prompt in your browser. Opening ChatGPT or Claude passes the selected prompt to that service. Your AI provider handles the chat and any inbox or browser access you choose to grant under its own policies. The prompt workflow does not send your mailbox contents or AI conversations back to Lastbox.

If you sign up for updates

The optional update signup stores your email address, the signup source, a timestamp, country information supplied by Cloudflare, and the referrer sent by your browser. That record is kept in Cloudflare Workers KV for updates.

To ask about or remove a signup record, email lastbox.io@gmail.com from the email address you used.

Site measurement and operations

The site counts prompt copies, not completed cleanups. A random copy-event ID and timestamp help avoid counting the same retry twice. It also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and operational logs to run and understand the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The launch badge loads an image from Product Hunt, which receives that image request.

If you email for help or share feedback

The feedback links open an email draft. Nothing is sent until you send it. Your email address and whatever you include then reach the Lastbox Gmail inbox so Phil can reply and learn where setup needs work. A provider name, device, and short description are usually enough; please leave out private mail images, passwords, and account details. Sending feedback does not sign you up for updates.
